By accessing our website or booking any service with YL Beauty Aesthetics (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Our Services

YL Beauty Aesthetics offers premium Korean aesthetic treatments including facials, Super Hair Removal (SHR), and body treatments at our studio located at 138 Robinson Road, #02-21 Oxley Tower, Singapore 068906.

All treatments are performed by trained aesthetic professionals. Results may vary depending on individual skin type, condition, and lifestyle factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

The following policies apply to all bookings:

• Booking confirmation — appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation via WhatsApp or email from our team
• Cancellations — please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment
• No-shows — failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of any prepaid session or deposit
• Late arrivals — arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time; the full session fee may still apply

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Packages — prepaid treatment packages are transferable to other individuals and non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law
• Refunds — unused sessions within a package may be refunded at our discretion, subject to an administrative fee and deduction for sessions already consumed at the prevailing single-session rate
• Promotions — promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated

5. Health, Safety & Suitability

Your safety is our priority. You agree to:

• Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment
• Inform us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have recently undergone surgery or medical procedures
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by our therapists

We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if we determine it is not safe or suitable for you based on your health status or skin condition. This is for your wellbeing and not a reflection of service quality.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

• YL Beauty Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services
• We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions
• Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific treatment in question

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and videos — is owned by or licensed to YL Beauty Aesthetics and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy
